One-time credit-pack terms

Credit packs are one-time digital purchases, not subscriptions. They do not renew automatically or open, replace or extend a membership. You must sign in and confirm the selected pack and price before payment. Only a verified successful payment grants its quoted image or video credits, once. Returning to this site and duplicate notifications do not add credits.

Image packs: US$9.90 / 50 image credits, US$19.90 / 150, US$39.90 / 300. Video packs: US$15.90 / 60 video credits, US$36.90 / 180, US$69.90 / 360. Final currency, taxes and total are shown at checkout. Image and video credits use separate pools, accumulate without a scheduled expiry and remain after canceling membership renewal. Credits are not cash or an unlimited-generation guarantee.

The studio shows generation rates before submission. Credits are held on submission, charged on success and returned on confirmed failure. Unconfirmed tasks remain held while the original task is checked, without automatic resubmission. Successful originals or videos need no separate original purchase.

Refunds follow the published policy and mandatory consumer rights. Contact support about duplicate charges, missing credits or delivery problems. Confirmed cumulative refunds reclaim the corresponding proportion of that pack's credits, rounded up. Spent or held credits need support review; new credit generation pauses during reconciliation, accepted tasks continue settling, and wallet balances are not made negative. Returning credits is not a payment-card refund. Membership subscriptions and unrelated historical original orders retain their separate rights.

Handle pending payments before deleting an account. Deletion removes its remaining wallet balance and does not automatically request a refund. Necessary minimal financial records remain under the published retention rules.
