Keep a clear parasite-prevention record

Match the product and plan to the individual pet.

Parasite products differ in what they cover and which species, ages, and weights they suit. Ask your veterinarian for a plan based on local risks and your pet’s lifestyle; indoor living does not remove every exposure.

Record the product name, date used, and next planned date. Follow the label and veterinary directions, and check before combining products or switching between dog and cat formulations.
