Puppy socialization in small, positive steps

Let curiosity set the pace and keep encounters comfortable.

Introduce people, sounds, handling, and suitable environments gradually. Start with brief, quiet encounters, reward voluntary engagement, and give the puppy space when frightened. Do not force greetings.

Ask your veterinarian how to balance safe social experiences with local infection risks while vaccinations are in progress. Notice which situations feel manageable and build from those.
