Membership subscription terms

Version: membership-2026-10-v1. These terms apply when recurring membership checkout is open and you explicitly confirm the selected plan.

Monthly billing and credits

The amount, separate image/video allowances and USD monthly renewal price are shown before payment. Membership renews automatically monthly until canceled. There is no free trial. A confirmed successful payment grants one allowance for that billing period. Returning from checkout, failed payments and duplicate notifications do not grant another allowance. Generations use the credit rates shown before submission.

Rollover and cancellation

Unused credits accumulate without a scheduled expiry. Cancel renewal from your account; current paid membership remains valid until its paid-through date, and unused credits are retained. Cancellation does not itself request a refund. An overdue renewal does not grant more credits or extend paid access. This first version supports one recurring subscription at a time; automatic plan changes and prorations are not offered.

Refunds and existing purchases

Refund eligibility follows the published refund policy and applicable mandatory rights. Contact support through the website or the Waffo customer portal to request a refund; this site does not promise automatic approval. Confirmed refunds reclaim the corresponding proportion of the refunded payment’s image/video allowances, rounded up to whole credits. Credits already spent or held by running tasks require support review; new credit generation is paused until reconciled. Running tasks continue settling. Refunds do not reverse unrelated one-time portrait purchases. Existing paid portrait originals retain their separate purchase rights.
