1. Operator and scope
This website is operated by yuzhao as an individual operator in Mainland China. It provides pet journals, care records, knowledge content, AI portraits, AI story videos and digital photo cards. Read these terms and the privacy policy before using the service: https://pawalbum.com/privacy . Purchases are also subject to the refund policy: https://pawalbum.com/refunds . If you disagree with the relevant terms, stop using the corresponding service. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.

2. Age, guests and accounts
The service is not intended for anyone under 16. Users who meet the service's age requirement but have not reached the local age for independently entering a purchase contract must meet local requirements for legal capacity and authorization. Browsing story styles, guest journals and local plans do not require sign-in. Generation that spends image or video credits requires sign-in to verify and settle the account balance. Accounts also support online storage and recovery of records. Guest journals are mainly stored in the current browser and may be lost when browser data is cleared or devices change. The privacy policy explains retention of guest portraits and order credentials. Choose to save guest records to your account. Keep registration information accurate and your password secure; contact the operator if you notice unusual access.

3. Membership, credits and digital delivery
Membership renews automatically each month at the selected USD price until canceled, with no free trial. Image membership is US$19/month with 150 image credits; Video Starter is US$39/month with 150 image and 150 video credits; Video Pro is US$69/month with 300 of each; Video Business is US$109/month with 450 image and 600 video credits. The plan, period, amount, taxes and total are shown again before payment; the final bill is as shown at checkout. Only a confirmed successful payment grants one allowance for its billing period. Failed payments, returning to the site and duplicate notifications do not grant another allowance.
Image and video credits are separate. The selected model, resolution and estimated credit charge are shown before submission. Credits are held on submission, charged on success and returned on confirmed failure. Unconfirmed tasks remain held while the original task is checked; they are not automatically resubmitted. Each independently generated story style is charged separately. Successful credit generations include the original image or video and applicable photo-card permissions without a separate original purchase. Provider video download links may expire; download a backup promptly. Credits are not cash or a promise of unlimited generation or a guaranteed result.
Unused credits accumulate without a monthly reset and remain after cancellation. This first version supports one subscription per account, without automatic plan changes or prorations. Signed-in users can make one-time credit-pack purchases: image credits cost US$9.90 for 50, US$19.90 for 150, or US$39.90 for 300; video credits cost US$15.90 for 60, US$36.90 for 180, or US$69.90 for 360. Packs do not renew, start a membership or change a membership tier. They add only their designated balance; image and video credits are not interchangeable. Unused credits accumulate and remain after membership cancellation. Confirmed successful payment grants each pack once. Historical one-time original orders retain their existing download rights without being charged again. All deliveries are digital; printing, frames, physical products and shipping are not included.
Waffo Pancake processes payment-card and related billing information. The transaction entity, taxes and receipt are as shown at checkout. This website does not receive or store full card numbers or security codes. Test mode does not process real payments.

4. Renewal cancellation, payment status and refunds
Cancel renewal through My account → Subscription management. No later period is charged after cancellation; current paid access lasts through its paid-through date and unused credits remain. Cancellation does not itself request a refund. Confirmed refunds adjust the associated entitlements under the refund policy. A failed renewal does not grant credits or extend paid access.
Leaving checkout does not confirm payment or cancel an existing subscription. Refresh the original subscription or contact support about an unconfirmed payment before paying again. Refund requests follow https://pawalbum.com/refunds and https://pawalbum.com/membership-terms.html . Once a refund is confirmed by the provider, its cumulative proportion of that period's image and video allowances is reclaimed, each rounded up. Spent or held credits require support review; new credit generation pauses during reconciliation while accepted tasks continue settling. Wallet balances are not made negative. Historical original orders keep their separate refund and download rules. Statutory refund, withdrawal and other mandatory consumer rights are not restricted.

5. AI results and permission
Check reference material, story style, resolution and the estimated credit charge before submitting a generation. AI outputs can contain errors; an exact match to reference images, exclusivity and automatic copyright protection are not guaranteed. Originals retain the model's actual output dimensions and are not automatically enlarged to 4K. Photo cards export as PNG at their layout dimensions. Successful credit works include originals and applicable photo cards without another purchase. Historical original orders remove the site's preview watermark under their purchased permissions; marks embedded by the model may remain.
You retain rights in your source material and grant this website the limited, non-exclusive permission necessary to generate, review, store, display and deliver the service you request. This permission does not transfer ownership of your material. The privacy policy explains third-party data processing. Purchased works may be used for personal collections, social sharing, personal use or gifts. Commercial use requires separately verifying permission under source-material, likeness, trademark and actual model terms; this website does not grant third-party rights.

6. Prohibited uses and review
Do not upload photos containing anyone under 16, including photos of children with adults. Uploading on their behalf by a parent, guardian or another adult is not an exception. Obtain necessary permission for other identifiable people. Unlawful or infringing content, harassment, fraud, identity misuse, unauthorized private material, sexualized child content and misleading synthetic content are prohibited. Do not bypass permissions, payments, review or usage limits, or abuse automated scraping. Providers or the operator may review necessary content to address reports, security and delivery issues. Access to suspected violations may be restricted; you may request a review with the work ID and an explanation.
Content standards and prohibited categories
The platform expressly prohibits using this service to generate these six categories:
- Pornographic / NSFW content.
- Violent / graphic content.
- Hate speech.
- Child-unsafe content (CSAM).
- Deepfakes / impersonation.
- Copyright / trademark infringement.
The following provisions further describe these categories and other prohibited conduct.
Absolutely prohibited — zero tolerance
The following are addressed immediately when identified, with the right reserved to report them to competent authorities:
- Child sexual exploitation material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors.
- Promotion of or assistance with terrorism, extremism or mass violence.
- Technical instructions for making weapons of mass destruction.
- Incitement of genocide or ethnic hatred.
- Non-consensual sexual deepfakes targeting a real person.
Strictly restricted — subject to review
- Adult content: limited to compliant platforms with completed age verification.
- Violent content: requires a clear creative or educational context.
- Politically sensitive content: content that may be misleading.
- Medical, legal or financial advice: must meet applicable local regulatory requirements.
Generally prohibited conduct
- Generating or distributing false information or rumors.
- Impersonating real people, brands or organizations.
- Infringing intellectual property, likeness or privacy rights.
- Deceiving users by claiming AI content was created by a human.
- Generating spam or fraudulent content in bulk.
- Jailbreak prompts intended to bypass platform safeguards.
7. Availability and termination
This website depends on third-party AI, hosting, storage, email and payment services, which may affect availability and output. Maintenance or failures can interrupt the service; confirmed delivery problems will be addressed. Serious violations, fraud, security risks or legal requirements may result in restricted works or suspended accounts. Undelivered orders related to a service interruption are handled under the refund policy and applicable law; disabling an account does not automatically remove existing obligations. You may request deletion through My account. Once confirmed, the account is disabled and data, including purchased images, is deleted in batches. Download backups first. Active subscriptions and unconfirmed payments must be handled before account deletion. Deletion does not itself cancel renewal or issue a refund.

8. Knowledge content and responsibility
Health information and AI answers are for general learning and organizing records; they are not veterinary diagnosis, treatment or emergency assistance. Verify AI output and do not present it as advice from a professional. These terms do not exclude liabilities that the law prohibits excluding. Liability and damages are determined by applicable law and the facts of the case.

9. Law, disputes and changes
Applicable law: these terms are governed by the laws of Mainland China, People's Republic of China. This provision does not limit mandatory rights under the laws applicable at a consumer's habitual residence that cannot be excluded by contract, or the right to complain or seek judicial remedies. Mandatory protections in the consumer's location are not excluded. Disputes may first be discussed with support; this does not restrict complaints, disputes with payment providers or remedies in a competent court. Material changes will be announced on the website or through necessary account emails with their effective arrangements. Processing requiring separate consent will not rely only on continued access. Updates do not retroactively reduce benefits already promised for existing orders.

Credit-pack refund supplement (2026-10-19)
One-time credit packs also follow this policy's payment and delivery investigation process and mandatory consumer rights. A refund is separate from renewal cancellation. After the provider confirms a refund, the cumulative refunded proportion of that pack's paid price is reclaimed from its corresponding credits, rounded up. Spent or held credits require support review; new credit generation pauses during reconciliation while accepted tasks continue settling. Wallet balances are not made negative. A pack refund does not change a membership tier or revoke unrelated orders or subscription entitlements.
